Shipping Fees

We’re a small business dedicated to sustainability and quality. To ensure fair pricing:

• Orders under $150 will have a shipping fee applied at checkout.
• Orders $150 and over qualify for free shipping.

What If My Package Wasn’t Delivered?

If your package hasn’t arrived, please email us at info@serintimates.com as soon as possible. If your order was lost in transit due to a carrier issue or an error on our part, we’ll replace the lost item or issue a refund.

Please note: We are not responsible for orders lost or undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Returns Policy

We accept returns of bralettes that are:

• Unworn and unwashed
• With tags attached
• Returned within 14 days of receiving your purchase

Please Note:

• Undies are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons, but they can be exchanged for a different size.
• All returns are subject to a shipping fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
