Shipping Fees

We’re a small business dedicated to sustainability and quality. To ensure fair pricing:

• Orders under $115 will have a shipping fee applied at checkout.
• Orders $115 and over qualify for free shipping.

What If My Package Wasn’t Delivered?

If your package hasn’t arrived, please email us at info@serintimates.com as soon as possible. If your order was lost in transit due to a carrier issue or an error on our part, we’ll replace the lost item or issue a refund.
